Rob Welham

In 2025 Plant Parts became the lead sponsor for F1000 race car driver Rob Welham. Suffolk born Rob has enjoyed national success in both karting and single-seater racing, achieving 9 championship wins and 2 British titles to date. Despite engine challenges this year, Rob finished 3^rd overall – a fantastic season with strong wins and well-earned podiums throughout! We are excited to see what the future holds for Rob and proud to show our support.

Lighthouse – The Construction Industry Charity:

In May 2023, Plant Parts became an official Company Supporter of Lighthouse Charity. Dating back to 1956, Lighthouse is the only charity that provides mental, physical, and financial well-being support to the construction community and their families. By becoming a Company Supporter of Lighthouse, we’re not only supporting the amazing work they do across our industry but also using their resources to create our very own ‘Road to Workforce Wellbeing’ to provide support to our own team.

Hadleigh Cricket Club:

Since 2022, Plant Parts have been pleased to sponsor Hadleigh Cricket Club. With four Senior teams and Junior mixed teams catering for 5 – 16 year olds, Hadleigh CC is a thriving family orientated club based in the heart of South Suffolk. Cricket has been played at Friars Road since 1799, making it one of the oldest clubs in Suffolk and a key part of the local community.

Fabio Wardley:

From 2021 to 2025, Plant Parts sponsored local professional boxer and World Heavyweight Champion, Fabio Wardley. Going from strength to strength, Ipswich based Fabio has won 20 of his 21 professional fights, with 19 of them by way of knock out. He currently holds the World Boxing Organisation (WBO) heavyweight title and the World Boxing Association (WBA) interim heavyweight title. We at Plant Parts have been incredibly proud to have sponsored Fabio during his early career and continue to support his journey – we wish him every success in the future!
