A record-breaking Hillhead event offering exciting opportunities for the Plant Parts Team.
We’re all in agreement here at Plant Parts Ltd that Hillhead 2024 was a huge success. The show was very well attended, a great place to meet up with familiar faces as well as getting the chance to introduce ourselves to new prospects.

What’s different from 2022?
The Hillhead 2024 host team reported this year was the most visited Hillhead show ever in terms of the volume of visits over the three days. With visitors spending more time at the show than ever before and a record number attending for more than one day. In total there were 26,626 visits over three days, which was 8% higher than 2022.
In terms of unique visitors, with 19,577 attendees (+6.2% compared with 2022) this year’s show had the second highest ever number of unique attendees (only 2018 was higher at 19,753, although that show had less volume over the three days)
“The show itself felt very big with lots of major players showing off their toys, all of which the team enjoyed!
Our slew ring competition was a huge success and really was a great show piece as well as being a talking point to engage with the public.
Certainly, the highlight show pieces (other than our slew ring!) was JCB and Liugong, both their show stands were immense, as well as the crushing machines showing off to the side.”

Despite the scorching heat and very dusty days, everyone was in a great mood and many were as motivated to do business, find new suppliers and providers in addition to exploring the big equipment on show.
