Job Title: Accounts & Administration Assistant

Salary: Dependent upon experience

Hours: 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday 09.00am to 5.00pm

An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts & Administration Assistant. We are a small team so will require someone who is flexible and willing to help with all administrative duties within the Company.

This role would suit a candidate who is a logical thinker and who has a can-do approach. Computer literacy and good communication skills are essential. Be able to work on their own and as part of a team. Able to multi-task and be able to cope with a constantly changing workload.

Role responsibilities include:

Sales and Purchase Ledger processing.

Supplier and Customer Accounts reconciliation.

Bank and Petty Cash reconciliation.

Month End Reports and Tasks.

Liaise with freight companies for large stock consignments including documentation.

Maintain collection programme for Exchange core units.

Ordering general supplies.

Email Communication.

Record keeping and spreadsheets/data input.

General Administration duties.

Required Experience: 

Access Accounts or similar software is essential for this role.

Multi-Currency, Import & Export experience an advantage.
